To receive school supplies, please complete the following registration form

Child(ren) must be present on the day of collection

Parent/guardian must bring a photo ID for the day of collection

A registration form must be completed and returned to B.O.W ministry prior to the distribution date
Supplies are available for students attending Pre-K through 12th-grade schools.
