Through her leadership, she has dedicated herself to creating opportunities for personal growth, spiritual development, and community transformation.

In 2008, Tonia founded BOW Ministry with a vision to help women and families become spiritually, socially, and economically equipped for life. Since then, the organization has provided mentorship, resources, community outreach programs, and support services designed to inspire hope, foster self-sufficiency, and create lasting impact.
